MA Sales Tax Agreement
Market America requires that you submit a Sales tax Agreement so that you will not be charged sales tax or an admin fee. Please note that your sales tax certificate should have the same name as the name that's on your distributorship, so if your sales tax information is in your business name, I don't think they will accept it, you will need to apply for one with your name on it and submit that to them. I think if you Google sales tax certificate in your state, you should be able to find the correct form to submit to Market America. Hope this helps.
