YOU WANT TO GET PAID?
Hello Team,
I wanted to share with you an email
that was sent to me from our friend
and Director Nova Montgomery.
Here’s the message for today: if
you fail to manage, you’ll fail to
get paid.
Have you found your two partners to
become activated in the Management
Performance Compensation Plan? Have
you earned a check? Maybe you have
even become an Executive
Coordinator?
Life is busy and we all have so many
things to think about, but if you
want to get paid in Market America,
there are a few simple things to
keep track of.
1. Did your Transfer Buy pull
successfully in time, by the Fri of
your Q date?
2. Is your Form 1000 due? Is it
done?
3. How about the people below you??
Even though you didn’t sponsor them,
the BV they buy rolls up and counts
for you. It was also DISAPPEAR out
of your BV banks if they don’t stay
ACTIVE, meaning they are doing the
minimum buy/sell requirements.
Market America makes is easy for us
to see whose F1000 is coming up. We
all have access to the PURGE WARNING
REPORT. If you are earning checks,
this is a report you want to see on
a weekly basis.
Why? Because if you know who hasn’t
done their F1000 yet, and you care
about getting paid, you can manage
your business by giving that partner
a friendly help call, before it’s
too late. People may have forgotten,
or they need help, if they are new.
This is ESPECIALLY true if you are
an Executive Coordinator; we are all
responsible to manage down to the
next Executive Coordinator, but you
know what? If someone else isn’t
managing, it’s STILL YOUR PAYCHECK,
RIGHT?
The Detailed Sales Report gives all
the phone numbers for all the people
who are ordering; the Graphic
Organization Report gives all the
emails, although if it is last
minute, phone numbers are best. If
we are managing well, then last
minute won’t happen.
If you don’t know the people you are
calling, it’s a chance to make a new
friend with the person who is
helping you earn! They are your
partner! They might like to know
that they have help from someone
they haven’t met yet, who has a
sincere interest in helping them.
